11:15 Kathryn Ennis Senior Advisor at CILIP will speak about raising the profile of the information service and promoting added value

13:45 Annual General Meeting

14:00 Training the trainer - Promoting your service through educating your users to get the "best from the web" Participative and interactive workshop on the evaluation and use of web resources. We will use the excellent facilities in the IT suite at the RVC. The session will be from the information professional's point of view.

16:00 Closing discussion; Followed by wine and canapes
